We want you to be really happy with the service we give you and your guitar, so when you bring us your instrument we’ll look it over thoroughly, discuss your requirements, and also have a quick a look at how you play to further inform the detail of the work we’ll do for you.
We won’t try and ‘up-sell’ unnecessary services (we know what it’s like and don’t like it either!) and we’ll produce a record of the work we do for you, so you know what we’ve done, and we can refer back to it over the years to remember the history of the instrument and the settings you like.
